Our Policies

 

NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION FEES


A NO SHOW is when we arrive at your home for a scheduled appointment and no one is home to give us the pet.

 

60 MINUTE WINDOW


We require a 60 minute window on either side of the appointment time due to the unpredictable nature of working with animals and traffic conditions. Sometimes, an animal does not want to cooperate or there may be traffic or other situations that may cause us to run a little behind. We always strive to arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible.

 

DEMATTING


We do not de-mat. It is very painful and unfair to the pet. If we feel that we can get the matting out without causing undue discomfort for your pet, we will let you know. The only other option available is a short cut or shave, depending on the severity of the mats.

 

CANCELLATIONS


Inclement weather may force us to cancel your appointment. Our van is rear wheel drive and top-heavy and thus is not very good in the snow. In the event that we must cancel, we will contact you as soon as the decision to cancel is made, and make arrangements to reschedule your appointment at a time convenient for you.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PET THAT WE FEEL IS A DANGER TO US. IF WE FEEL A PET IS IN A CONDITION THAT WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE, WE WILL REFER YOU TO YOUR VET.
